About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative HR Intern to support recruitment, day-to-day HR operations, and employer branding. This role offers hands-on experience in hiring, employee engagement, social media content creation, and basic administrative activities.

Our HR compliance processes are already in place, allowing the intern to focus on recruitment, people operations, and building LEGXI’s employer brand as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment: Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding.
- Employer Branding: Help build LEGXI’s presence on LinkedIn and Instagram to attract talent and showcase company culture.
- Content Creation: Create Instagram Reels, employee interviews, behind-the-scenes videos, and workplace content.
- Employee Engagement: Support team activities, internal communication,



and culture-building initiatives.
- HR Operations: Maintain attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and onboarding files.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic office administration, internal coordination, and improving HR workflows.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Active on Instagram and LinkedIn, with an understanding of social media trends.
- Comfortable creating Reels, shooting videos, and featuring employees in workplace content.
- Creative, outgoing, organised, and proactive.
- Interested in recruitment, HR operations, employer branding, and content creation.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or content creation is an advantage.
