Role Description The HR Operations Executive is a full-time role based in Delhi, India. This role manages day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies. The HR Operations Executive supports employee relations activities, coordinates performance review processes,



and assists in handling queries related to advantages, leave, and other HR services.

The role also involves implementing and updating HR policies, preparing HR reports and dashboards, and partnering with managers to support workforce planning and overall organizational effectiveness.

HRMS & Portals: Hands-on experience with GreytHR, EPFO Employer Portal,

and time-tracking/telework software.

1)HRMS & Portals: Hands-on experience with GreytHR, EPFO Employer Portal,

2)Advanced Excel: Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, IF conditions) for TDS sheets and attendance reconciliation.

- Taxation Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indian Income Tax slabs,

PF/ESIC laws, and TDS deduction rules.
