HR -Paroll & Operations

Location: HyderabadExperience: 3–6 YearsIndustry: Manufacturing / Solar / Renewable EnergyWe are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong hands-on expertise in payroll processing, attendance management, HRMS and employee lifecycle management. The candidate should be capable of independently managing payroll and HR operations for a large employee workforce.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, confirmations, exits and Full & Final settlements.
- Independently handle monthly payroll processing for 200+ employees, including attendance inputs, salary calculations, deductions, LOP, incentives, payouts and payroll validation.
- Manage attendance, leave, regularization, shift management and overtime (OT) calculations.
- Handle statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data and personnel files.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payroll inputs, reconciliations and timely salary disbursement.
- Prepare HR MIS reports related to payroll, attendance, headcount and employee movements.
- Support recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies and other HR operational activities.




- Handle employee queries, HR audits and factory/plant-level HR coordination.

- KEY REQUIREMENTS 3–6 years of overall HR experience, with at least 1.5 years of hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations.
- Strong practical knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, overtime and salary payouts.
- Experience managing payroll for 200+ employees.
- Working knowledge of HRMS/payroll platforms such as GreytHR, Keka, PeopleSoft or Darwinbox.
- Good understanding of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity and statutory compliance.
- Robust proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, including payroll reports and HR MIS.
- Ability to independently manage payroll activities along with general HR operations, including recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience in a manufacturing, plant or factory environment will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 30 days will be preferred.

- This is a payroll-focused HR Operations role. Candidates must have strong hands-on payroll experience, HRMS knowledge, attendance management and statutory compliance exposure, along with working knowledge of general HR operations. Recruitment-only profiles will not be suitable.
