Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.

Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, PF,



ESIC, and statutory compliance.

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee documentation.

Manage HRMS, employee records, performance management, and exit formalities.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

Coordinate manpower planning and hiring for corporate offices and construction sites.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Prepare HR MIS reports and support management in HR operations and employee engagement.

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent, with relevant experience in construction and real estate. Strong knowledge of payroll, labour compliance, recruitment, and HRMS is essential.
