– Head of Human Resources (HR Head)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Head to independently lead the complete HR function, drive HR strategies, strengthen employee engagement, ensure statutory compliance, and build scalable HR processes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR operations, policies, processes, and strategies.
- Manage talent acquisition, manpower planning, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and organizational development.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, HR budgeting, and statutory compliance.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.




- Manage recruitment and workforce planning for corporate, operations, and frontline teams.
- Drive HR automation, HRMS implementation, and HR analytics.
- Partner with leadership to improve workforce productivity and support business expansion.

Requirements

- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably leading the entire HR function.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
- Robust knowledge of HR operations, talent management, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in Healthcare, Eldercare, Hospitality, or Service-oriented industries preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete HR function with a strategic and hands-on approach.
