Job Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented Accounts Executives to manage day-to-day accounting activities, invoice processing, bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Sales Invoice Processing: Prepare sales invoices and verify invoice details for accuracy and completeness.
- Purchase Bill Processing: Record supplier bills and ensure proper documentation.
- Cash & Bank Accounting: Pass cash and bank entries and maintain transaction records.
- Day-to-Day Accounting: Maintain accounting records and perform regular bookkeeping activities.
- Receipts & Payments: Record receipts and payments with appropriate supporting documents.
- Ledger Maintenance: Maintain customer and supplier ledgers and monitor outstanding balances.
- Bill & Voucher Verification: Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents before recording entries.
- Accounts Documentation: Maintain organized books of accounts and financial records.




- MIS & Excel Reporting: Prepare and update Excel-based reports and accounting statements.
- Party & Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding invoices, payments, and accounting queries.
- Finance & Accounts Support: Assist with routine finance operations and other accounting-related activities.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- SAP experience will be an added advantage.
