Position: Campus Manager & Teacher

About the Role

MeduClinic is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Campus Manager and teacher to oversee the academic and day-to-day operations of our Vadodara Hospital campus. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the B.Voc. Healthcare Assistance and Indo-German Skill Program (IGSP) – Diploma in Healthcare Assistance & Geriatric Care, ensuring smooth academic delivery and an excellent student learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily academic and operational activities of the campus.
- Conduct and deliver live classroom teaching sessions for students enrolled in the B.Voc. and IGSP Diploma programs.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and discipline.
- Coordinate with faculty, academic teams, and management for curriculum implementation.
- Maintain student records, reports,



and academic documentation.
- Organize practical sessions, workshops, and student engagement activities.
- Ensure a positive learning setting and address student queries and concerns.
- Support admissions, orientation, and campus-related academic activities when required.

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing, Allied Health, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, Paramedic graduates (freshers can apply) - Interns can apply!
- Nurses or Allied nurses
- Paramedics or Phlebotomists
- BSC health (Biology, Zoology, Anatomy)
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a healthcare, allied health, or educational institution is preferred.
- Good communication and classroom presentation skills. Good organizational and administrative abilities.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Experience

Minimum 0.5-1 year of teaching experience.
