Role Description The Healthy Food Restaurant Manager at daCALORIES is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District. The Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, coordinating shift schedules, and ensuring efficient service throughout the day.

Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, monitoring inventory, managing vendor relationships, and supporting cost control efforts. The Manager also handles guest interactions, resolves service issues, and promotes a customer-centric culture that reflects the restaurant’s focus on healthy food.



This role works closely with the leadership team to implement operational improvements, support marketing initiatives, and drive overall restaurant performance.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to create a positive guest experience.
- Experience in Hiring and team supervision, with the ability to recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and vendors in a clear and skilled manner.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including healthy menu concepts, food safety standards, and basic kitchen procedures.
- Relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a quick-service or healthy food environment.
- Ability to manage schedules, handle basic budgeting, and support inventory control and ordering.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Pune District, with flexibility for weekends and peak hours.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is beneficial.
