Metaboliq is WTF's doctor-led weight-loss programme: a home blood test, a doctor consult and a 6-month plan (Rs 49,999 / Rs 99,999 / Rs 1,49,999, EMI available) with a doctor, nutritionist and coach. Promise to members: lose up to 20% of your body weight – and keep your muscle. WTF has trained 60,000+ people with 800+ coaches, 200+ nutritionists and 50+ doctors.

You speak to warm leads – people who have already done their blood test and seen a doctor who recommended a programme. No cold calling for advisors.

Advisor – role & responsibilities

- Call doctor-recommended members within the hour and close within 24 hours.
- Explain the programme, handle price and EMI, answer objections, take payment.
- 80–120 quality conversations a day; follow up on calls and WhatsApp until the member decides.
- Target: about 2 programme closes a day. Uncapped incentive on every programme closed.

Pre-sales Caller – role & responsibilities

- Call every current lead within 5 minutes, qualify them,



book their blood test and doctor consult.
- Keep the member warm until the advisor call. Incentive on every qualified consult.

Preferred candidate profile

- Advisor (2–6 yrs): has closed consumer packages of Rs 30,000+ on phone or video – weight-loss / health programmes (ElevateNow, HealthifyMe, Fitelo, Sugar.fit, BeatO), clinics (VLCC, Kaya, hair/IVF), high-ticket edtech (upGrad, Scaler, Simplilearn) or premium memberships. Bring your own monthly closures in rupees.
- Caller (6 months+): outbound calling against targets – lead qualification or appointment setting.
- Excellent spoken Hindi and English; confident, warm, persistent; comfortable with daily targets and call reviews.
- Not a fit: only B2B, field sales, customer support or low-ticket telecalling without a target.

Work: Sector 9, Noida · fully on-site · 6 days a week. CTC: Advisor Rs 4–8 LPA fixed + uncapped incentive; Caller Rs 2.4–4 LPA + incentive. ~35 Advisor and ~15 Caller openings.
