Prospertive Associates LLP is a Mumbai-based insurance and mutual fund distribution firm serving HNI families and trusts. We are hiring a fresher to join our health & travel insurance team. Full training will be provided.
Office: Neelkanth Business Park, Vidyavihar West (5 minutes from Vidyavihar station, Central line)
Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
What you'll do
1. Track policy renewal dates and follow up with clients 60, 30 and 15 days before due date
2. Coordinate policy issuance, endorsements and documentation with Bajaj General Insurance
3. Support cashless and reimbursement claims with TPAs and hospitals, under senior guidance
4. Issue travel insurance policies for clients
5. Respond to client queries over phone, email and WhatsApp
6. Update client records in Zoho CRM and prepare weekly MIS reports
Who should apply
1.
Graduate (BCom / BBA / BMS / BAF preferred)
2. 0–1 year of experience
3. Good spoken and written English
4. Basic Excel skills
5. Able to commute daily to Vidyavihar
