Role Description

1. Lead end-to-end procurement for high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects.
2. Develop procurement strategies aligned with project budgets and timelines.
3. Manage vendor identification, development, evaluation, and negotiations.
4. Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing, rate contracts, and bulk purchasing.
5. Oversee procurement of civil, MEP, finishing, façade, and other construction materials.

Ensure timely material availability to support project execution.
7. Coordinate with Projects, Planning, Contracts, Design, and Finance teams.
8. Monitor purchase orders, procurement budgets, vendor performance, and delivery schedules.
9. Lead the purchase team and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
10. Prepare procurement MIS reports and present cost-saving initiatives to management.

Qualifications

- Job Location: Ahmedabad
- Experience: 15–20+ Years
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil / MBA in Supply Chain Management
- Must have experience with a reputed real estate developer.
- Strong exposure to high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Excellent vendor network, negotiation skills, and commercial acumen.
- Proven experience managing procurement budgets and multiple projects.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
