About the role The Head - PMO will drive project governance, standardisation and strategic execution across Adani Realty's regional real estate projects. You will set the SOPs, run weekly and monthly project monitoring, work closely with Business Unit Heads, and lead cost management, risk mitigation and forecasting to lift project performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Project governance & strategic alignment

- Define and implement PMO frameworks, policies and SOPs to standardise project execution across regions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory approvals, quality benchmarks and financial performance indicators.
- Align project execution with the Annual Operating Plan and long-term business goals, benchmarked to global best practice.
- Review land acquisition for statutory deficiencies; plan development sequencing and phasing.
- Identify the right technologies and select vendors for supply and execution; finalise policies for all project functions.
- Drive data-driven decisions from project KPIs and financial analytics.

Portfolio & project monitoring
- Set up weekly and monthly tracking of project health, progress and financial metrics, with standard real-time reporting.
- Monitor contract adherence, tendering and procurement efficiency to optimise time and cost.
- Run audit controls and periodic risk and compliance reviews to close gaps early.

Stakeholder management & coordination




- Work with Business Unit Heads, design consultants, contractors, MEP and project teams to meet targets and milestones.
- Engage government bodies, regulatory agencies and local authorities to expedite approvals and prevent delays.
- Standardise contract structures and tendering processes for transparency and efficiency.

Risk management & financial oversight
- Build and run risk-mitigation frameworks for project uncertainties.
- Forecast costs, anticipate deviations and align budgets with business objectives.
- Own cost control, budgeting and expenditure planning so projects stay within approved financial parameters.

Leadership & capability building
- Lead and mentor a team of PMO Leads and Project Managers, building accountability and high performance.
- Identify training needs and strengthen technical and managerial capability.
- Bring in technology and process improvements to make execution more efficient.

You will work with

Internal: CEO Office, Finance, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Sales & Marketing, and design and urban-planning consultants.

External: architectural, MEP and structural consultants; contracting and PMC agencies; suppliers and vendors; and government authorities such as the Municipal Commissioner, Collectorate Office and Urban Development Authorities.

What we are looking for

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; MBA or a relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 20–22 years of experience in real estate, with strong techno-commercial depth on large-scale construction projects or projects involving resettlement and rehabilitation.
- Proven record of managing large, complex projects that need extensive regulatory liaison and mass-scale rehabilitation.
