We are hiring a Production/Manufacturing Head for our client’s jewellery manufacturing operations in Surat.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day jewellery manufacturing operations.
- Plan production schedules and allocate Karigar work.
- Supervise production teams and resolve operational delays.
- Maintain quality standards and control rework.
- Ensure orders are completed and delivered on time.

Mandatory Requirements

- 8–12 years of relevant experience in gold jewellery and/or natural diamond jewellery manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in production planning, manpower management and quality control.
- Available to join immediately and work in office in Surat.
- Comfortable with a salary package of up to ₹15 LPA.
