About the Role

We are looking for a senior skilled to lead fund raising and investor relations for the fund. The individual will develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices and other capital providers, support the fund’s capital-raising strategy and maintain strong long-term investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute the fund’s fundraising strategy and investor engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices, HNIs, fund-of-funds, and other strategic capital providers.
- Identify and develop new sources of institutional and private capital to support the fund’s capital-raising objectives.
- Manage the investor pipeline from initial outreach and engagement through due diligence, negotiations,



and capital commitments.
- Prepare and present fund pitches, investment presentations, fundraising materials, and investor communications.
- Coordinate investor due diligence processes and address information requests in collaboration with internal teams.
- Work closely with the Founder/CIO and senior leadership to define fundraising strategy, investor positioning, and capital mobilisation priorities.
- Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Oversee ongoing investor communications, reporting, and relationship management to maintain investor confidence and engagement.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, and transaction teams to support fundraising execution and investor onboarding.
- Monitor investor sentiment, capital-market developments, LP allocation trends, and competing fundraising activities to identify opportunities.
- Represent the fund at relevant institutional investor meetings, family-office forums, and industry events to expand the investor network.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of relevant experience in fundraising, investor relations, private equity, alternative investment funds (AIFs), asset management, investment banking, or related financial services.




- Demonstrable experience in raising capital for investment funds, preferably within private equity, growth capital, alternative investments, or similar investment platforms.
- An established network of institutional investors, family offices, HNIs, fund-of-funds, and other capital providers.
- A proven track record of progressing investor relationships into meaningful capital commitments and successful fund closures.
- Strong understanding of fund structures, LP expectations, investment strategies, fundraising processes, and the Indian private-capital ecosystem.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including CIOs, investment committee members, institutional investment teams, and family-office principals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to operate independently, lead fundraising initiatives, and work closely with the Founder/CIO and senior leadership.
