Chemi Tech Group, an established and diversified organization with operations across solar energy, engineering products, manufacturing, distribution, and EPC services, is seeking an experienced HR leader to independently manage its Human Resources and Administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR operations across the head office, manufacturing units, warehouses, and regional teams.
- Manage talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, and retention.
- Establish effective HR policies, performance appraisal systems, and employee development initiatives.
- Oversee payroll administration, statutory compliance, employee documentation, and HR systems.
- Develop a disciplined, professional, transparent, and performance-oriented organizational culture.




- Work directly with senior management on organisational development and strategic manpower planning.

Ideal Candidate

- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including independent departmental leadership.
- Solid exposure to manufacturing and multi-location operations.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, HR compliance, and organizational development.
- Mature, decisive, approachable, confidential, and capable of independently resolving complex people-related matters.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Reporting: Directly to the Director

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
