We are hiring an experienced Contracts Leader with 20+ years of expertise in large-scale ultra-luxury residential and commercial real estate developments. You will lead the Contracts function for a premier real estate organization—owning contractual excellence, team performance, and commercial strategy for landmark projects.

This is a senior leadership prospect for professionals who are currently heading/leading the Contracts Department and have a strong track record of managing complex contract operations, negotiations, and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Experience: 20+ years in real estate contracting

Leadership: Currently leading the Contracts Department in a reputed real estate organization

Project Expertise: Deep exposure to large-scale ultra-luxury residential and commercial development projects

Team Management: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing Contracts team

Contract Management: Expertise in tendering, contract drafting & vetting, negotiations,



contract administration, and execution

Commercial Acumen: Skilled in claims management, variation orders, risk mitigation, cost control, and commercial negotiations

Strategic Leadership**: Ability to handle complex contractual matters, establish robust processes, and protect organizational commercial interests
