Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Head – Engineering / Design to lead the engineering and design function for heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and heat & mass transfer equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the engineering and design team.
- Oversee end-to-end design activities, from concept development to final execution.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, ISO, and other relevant industry standards.
- Drive design optimization, product development, and engineering improvements.
- Coordinate with production, quality, sales, and project teams.
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation,



and engineering deliverables.
- Provide technical support for customer requirements and project proposals.
- Mentor and develop the engineering team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong experience in heat exchangers, pressure vessels, or process equipment design.
- Experience in heat & mass transfer equipment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of ASME, ISO, and nuclear application standards.
- Experience working with ASME-certified organizations is preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAE and engineering design software.
- Strong team management, project management, and technical leadership skills.
