We are seeking an experienced, professional, and guest-focused Guest Service Associate to join our hospitality operations team in Udaipur.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in hotels, resorts, luxury villas, serviced apartments, or hospitality guest relations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest experiences.

Handle reservations and guest communications through Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and property operations teams.

Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality service.

Promote additional services and identify upselling opportunities.

Maintain guest records, daily reports,



and reservation updates.

Encourage guest feedback and maintain positive online reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or guest services (mandatory).

Graduate or diploma holder, preferably in Hotel Management or Hospitality.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Experience with hotel operations, front office management, or guest relations.

Familiarity with OTAs such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Agoda is preferred.

Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and a guest-first attitude.

Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
