Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Guest Service & Barista role based in Pune City. The role involves preparing and serving specialty coffee and café beverages to guests, following established recipes and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring a warm, attentive service experience.

The Guest

Service & Barista team member will help with food preparation for baked items, maintain cleanliness in the café, and ensure that equipment and work areas are organized and safe.



The role also includes learning about coffee beans and brew methods, sharing product knowledge with guests, and supporting colleagues during busy service hours.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to provide a friendly, attentive, and respectful guest experience.
- Candidates should possess Barista skills, including basic knowledge of espresso equipment, brewing methods, and beverage preparation.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills to assist with café snacks and baked items while following hygiene and safety standards.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling ability, with attention to accuracy at the point of sale.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by café operations.
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive workspace for guests and team members.
