About the Role

NetPuppys is a digital marketing company working with brands across real estate, education, e-commerce, pharma, and travel/tech, with offices in Gurugram, Dubai, and Frisco (USA). We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who is curious, data-driven, and hungry to learn. You’ll run growth experiments, improve funnels, and help turn clicks into customers for our clients. You’ll work closely with our Performance, SEO, and Creative teams and use AI tools to move fast and test more.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute growth campaigns across paid, organic, email, and WhatsApp channels for assigned client accounts
- Plan and run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, copy, and forms, and document results and learnings
- Track funnel performance and flag drop-offs, then suggest and implement fixes
- Set up and maintain tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTMs, and conversion events
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates) in Looker Studio or Sheets
- Support lifecycle campaigns: email/WhatsApp automation, lead nurturing, and re-engagement flows
- Coordinate with Content and Design teams on landing pages, creatives, and copy variants
- Use AI tools for research, ad copy variations, audience insights, and reporting automation
- Research competitors, new channels, and trends (including AI-driven search/GEO)

Required Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, preferably at a digital marketing company/agency
- Hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
- Comfortable with data: strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and the ability to pull insights from numbers
- Basic understanding of CRO, landing pages, and funnel thinking
- Regular use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI creative tools) in daily work
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Eager to learn, experiment, and take ownership

Good to Have

- Exposure to CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, WebEngage, or similar)
- Experience with CRO tools like Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
- Familiarity with Looker Studio dashboards
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Experience in real estate, education, or D2C/e-commerce
