Role Description The Greenhouse Construction Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Perundurai, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end construction and setup of greenhouse structures. The role includes planning daily work schedules, coordinating labor and materials, and supervising site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards. The supervisor conducts regular site inspections, monitors construction progress, and enforces construction safety procedures and regulatory compliance.

This position also involves communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, resolving issues that arise on-site,



and maintaining accurate records of work done, materials used, and timelines. The role requires hands-on involvement in greenhouse installation, troubleshooting structural or technical challenges, and supporting continuous improvements in construction methods and efficiency.
