Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer, Script Writer & Video Editor with experience in creating engaging digital content, particularly for the real estate industry and YouTube platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust storytelling and creative skills, along with hands-on experience in scriptwriting, professional videography, video editing, and graphic designing. The candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and capable of producing high-quality visual content for various digital platforms.

Stipend

5000- 8000/- per month

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging, creative, and audience-focused scripts for YouTube videos, real estate property walkthroughs, promotional videos, and social media campaigns.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute qualified video shoots for real estate properties and marketing activities.
- Operate cameras and manage lighting and audio equipment to capture high-quality video footage.
- Edit and produce skilled-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Incorporate transitions, subtitles, motion graphics,



background music, visual effects, and brand elements into videos.
- Design creative graphics, YouTube thumbnails, banners, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop engaging visual content that supports business and marketing objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video, graphic, and digital content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, YouTube content creation, graphic design, and social media marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Filmmaking, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience in scriptwriting, videography, video editing, and graphic designing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Good understanding of camera operations, framing, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Strong storytelling, creative writing, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging content for real estate, lifestyle, and promotional campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of YouTube SEO, video optimization, and social media content formats will be an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with prior experience in real estate video production or digital marketing content will be preferred.
- Should have a creative approach and the ability to convert ideas into engaging visual stories.
- Must be comfortable handling end-to-end content creation, from scripting and shooting to editing and designing.
