ABOUT DIGITAL XPLODE

Digital Xplode is expanding its creative team and looking for talented, passionate, and self-driven creative professionals who can transform ideas into impactful visual experiences. We are seeking individuals with a strong understanding of design, visual storytelling, and the latest creative trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1-Graphic Design:

- Create engaging social media posts, stories, carousels, and digital creatives.
- Design print materials, including brochures, catalogues, flyers, banners, and flex.
- Develop creative concepts while maintaining brand identity and consistency.
- Research design trends and bring fresh ideas to creative projects.

2-Video Editing:

- Conceptualise, edit, and produce engaging videos for social media and digital platforms.
- Create reels, promotional videos, brand videos, and other digital content.
- Use effective transitions, sound design, visual effects, and storytelling techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and AI-powered creative tools.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- 3–5 years of relevant qualified experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other modern design tools.




- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and video editing techniques.
- Understanding of visual composition, typography, colour theory, storytelling, and content formats.
- Ability to conduct independent research and develop creative concepts.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- A portfolio/showreel showcasing previous work is essential.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools.
- Previous experience managing or leading a creative team will be an added advantage.

WORK LOCATION

Sector 6, Noida. This is a strictly office-based role. Remote and hybrid options are not available.

COMPENSATION

Salary as per industry standards, based on experience and skills. Compensation will be discussed after the interaction and practical assessment.
