ABOUT US
Yashaamm Fashions is a Mumbai-based women’s ethnic wear company. Our brands, include Sarha, House of Pataudi, Mitera and Navibhu, sell on Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, and through B2B wholesale.
THE ROLE
One person who owns the look of our products everywhere customers see them. About 75% Visuals (marketplace images, website, collateral) and 25% Instagram & LinkedIn DMs. You report to the founder and work closely with the marketplace operations team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Marketplace Images: Audit product images on Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms. Flag images that are unclear, inconsistent, or do not comply with marketplace guidelines. Create improved images wherever required.
- AI-Assisted Creatives (If Required): Use of AI Tool for background creation, lifestyle visuals, and image enhancement, only when necessary. Since we already have an in-house team in place, this support can be utilised on an as-needed basis. Actual product photographs must remain the primary visuals, with accurate colour and fabric representation.
- Website: Keep the website clean and up to date by creating banners, collection banners, and landing page creatives.
- Instagram: Run the Sarha Instagram page:
post regularly, reply to DMs promptly, and pass genuine business enquiries to the right person the same day.
- Social Media Content: Create static posts, carousels, stories, and reel covers. Handle basic reel editing, including cuts, captions, and music. Also create engaging content for the company’s LinkedIn page and the founder’s profile.
- B2B Collateral: Create catalogues, line sheets, brochures, and digital collaterals for wholesale buyers.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop or Figma, along with Canva, and a valuable understanding of layout, typography, and colour.
- Experience in preparing product images for marketplaces is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI image tools, with the ability to identify and reject results that do not accurately represent the actual product.
- Good written English communication skills; knowledge of Hindi or Marathi is an added advantage
Nice to Have: Knowledge of Illustrator, basic video editing skills using CapCut or Premiere Pro, and experience in managing Instagram pages.
