About Growthpep

Growthpep is a performance marketing agency that works as the outsourced growth team for some of the top consumer brands in India. We run Meta Ads, Google Ads and the full growth engine around them. Creative decides whether an ad works, so design sits at the centre of what we do.

The role

You'll make the creatives that go live in our clients' ad accounts and social feeds: static ads, carousels, social posts, AI visuals and short videos. You'll work directly with our performance team, so you see which creatives win and design the next batch with that in mind.

What you'll do

- Design static ads and carousels for Meta and Google & other channels [if required]
- Create social media creatives (posts, stories, reel covers) for brands
- Produce AI-generated images and creatives, and refine them until they look clean and on-brand
- Edit short-form videos and reels, and make simple AI-generated videos
- Turn performance learnings into new creative variations and test ideas
- Follow each client's brand guidelines and keep output consistent
- Deliver on time across multiple brands at once





Who we're looking for

- 1 to 3 years of experience designing for digital, ads or social media
- Strong command of Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Hands-on with AI image tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Firefly or similar) and good at prompting for usable results
- Can edit short videos (Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar) and has tried AI video tools (Veo, Runway, Kling or similar)
- A good eye for layout, typography, hierarchy and copy on a creative
- Comfortable taking feedback and turning revisions into final creatives
- A portfolio that shows real ad or social work.
- Bonus: you understand what makes a Meta ad perform, or know motion graphics basics.
