Role Description The Graduate Engineering Trainee - Mechanical will work closely with senior engineers to support mechanical design, analysis, and documentation for projects in the Energy and Process Industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with CAD modelling and drafting, reviewing drawings and specifications, supporting equipment selection, and participating in inspection and maintenance planning activities. The trainee will help in preparing technical reports and calculations, coordinating with cross-functional teams,



and ensuring that designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, where the trainee will gain hands-on exposure to engineering workflows, quality procedures, and project execution.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles and applications, with the ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and standards.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D drafting and 3D modelling, and familiarity with engineering documentation practices.
- Basic knowledge of Maintenance and Inspection activities for mechanical systems and equipment, including safety and reliability considerations.
- Exposure to mechanical domains, with practical understanding of components, assemblies, and manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline from an accredited institution.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary project environment.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and quality in deliverables.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and basic proficiency in standard office and engineering software tools.
