Role Description:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience is mandatory, with independently verifiable experience in CSR fundraising, institutional grants, or resource mobilisation.
- Proven funding closures are non-negotiable. Candidates must demonstrate a personal contribution to at least 3 successful funding closures,



with supporting evidence of amounts sanctioned and funds received. Proposal-writing experience alone will not qualify.
- Candidates must be able to explain their role in converting prospects into funded partnerships and provide professional references for verification.
- Fixed compensation: ₹45,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on verified experience, demonstrated funding performance, and suitability for the role.
- Performance incentives: Up to ₹30,000, linked to predefined, measurable fundraising and performance milestones.
- Performance reviews: Formal review at 90 days, followed by a documented six-month performance review.
- Accountability: Performance will be assessed on qualified funding pipeline, funder engagement, proposal quality, compliance, and funding actually received—not merely the number of proposals submitted.
- Integrity and compliance: Any misrepresentation of previous funding achievements, organisational eligibility, or donor commitments will be grounds for disqualification or appropriate action under the employment terms.
- Approval authority: The employee cannot independently commit HGF to project deliverables, sign funding agreements, or make representations regarding legal or CSR eligibility without prior authorised approval.
