- Robust understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Transformers, Embeddings, and Model Evaluation
- Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn
- Experience developing Generative AI and LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, tool calling, and LLM integrations
- Expertise in building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases, semantic search, reranking, and grounding techniques
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, including workflow orchestration and multi-step reasoning workflows
- Strong Python development skills with FastAPI/Flask and API integrations
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, MLOps, and LLMOps practices
- Cloud deployment experience on AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premises environments
- Understanding of Responsible AI, AI Security, Data Privacy, Guardrails, Hallucination Mitigation, and Prompt Injection Prevention
- Experience working on Government/Public Sector projects will be an added advantage
