Role Overview

We are seeking a GenAI Engineer who can design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and LLM-based applications on Azure. This role combines hands-on development with best practices for LLMOps to ensure scalability, reliability, and production readiness. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python, Azure AI services, and up-to-date GenAI frameworks, along with the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Experience Requirements

- 7 years of overall experience in core IT and software development.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and AI technologies.
- 2 years of experience in Generative AI, RAG, LLMs, Azure OpenAI, LangChain/LangGraph, and related technologies for building AI agents.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop,



and deploy GenAI solutions using Microsoft and Azure technologies.
- Build RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Develop scalable APIs and services to integrate LLMs into enterprise applications.
- Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Ensure production reliability through performance tuning and observability.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and GenAI frameworks.
- Expertise in Azure services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, APIM, Cosmos DB, and Azure Storage.
- Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and LLM integration.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Working knowledge of React and JavaScript for AI-powered interfaces.
- Exposure to structured output validation and fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and LLMOps practices.

Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer (AI-102).
