Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Gen AI and Backend Developer. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining backend services and APIs that power AI-driven features, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance. You will develop and integrate generative AI models and NLP pipelines, collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, and participate in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Day-to-day tasks include implementing new features, optimizing existing systems, monitoring production services, documenting technical decisions,



and contributing to continuous improvement of the engineering practices and architecture.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and backend architecture.
- Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for building and refining AI/ML models.
- Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Gen AI frameworks for production-ready solutions.
- Proficiency with one or more backend languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, Go; REST/GraphQL APIs; microservices).
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfort with databases and data storage solutions (SQL and NoSQL), and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, communicate clearly, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and responsible AI practices is a plus.
