Role Description The Fundraising Manager (Volunteer) will lead efforts to secure financial support for ANUKALPVRIKSHA INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION’s programs and initiatives. This on-site role, based in Lucknow, involves identifying and cultivating prospective donors, including individuals, corporate partners, and philanthropic institutions. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing fundraising strategies, organizing campaigns and events, maintaining donor relationships, and preparing proposals and reports.

The Fundraising





Manager will collaborate closely with program teams to understand funding needs, create compelling impact narratives, and ensure accurate tracking of contributions and donor engagement. The role also includes building local networks, representing the foundation at outreach activities, and promoting a culture of transparency and accountability in all fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

- Experience working with major donors, including identifying prospects, cultivation, and stewardship.
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to present impact stories clearly and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of philanthropy and charitable giving, including knowledge of funding trends and donor motivations.
- Familiarity with annual giving programs, recurring donations, and community-based fundraising initiatives.
- Previous experience in fundraising, nonprofit management, or resource mobilization is highly beneficial.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and volunteers in local communities.
- Organizational and planning skills to manage multiple campaigns, events, and reporting responsibilities.
- Commitment to social impact, equity, and ethical fundraising practices, aligned with the foundation’s values.
- Comfort working on-site in Lucknow and collaborating with cross-functional teams and community stakeholders.
- Relevant academic background in social work, non-profit management, business, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
