We are looking for a Full Stack + GenAI Engineer with a strong foundation in modern web development and a keen interest in Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, and AI agents.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and databases, along with the curiosity and drive to build scalable applications and intelligent AI-powered solutions.

This is an opportunity to contribute to real-world enterprise products, collaborate with experienced engineers and product leadership, and help take AI-powered capabilities from concept to production.

? Key Responsibilities1.

Full Stack

Development

- Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js, Express.js, React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly frontend components.
- Develop REST APIs and integrate backend services with frontend applications.
- Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB databases.
- Implement authentication and authorisation using JWT, OAuth, and RBAC.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Debug issues, resolve defects, and optimise application performance.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Follow established coding standards and participate in code reviews.

2.

Backend

Development &

• System Design
- Contribute to scalable backend services and modular application architectures.
- Apply API design principles and backend development best practices.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimisation.
- Learn and implement caching mechanisms using Redis.
- Develop an understanding of microservices architecture and multi-tenant applications.
- Apply Data Structures, Algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.




- Collaborate with senior engineers to understand technical requirements and design effective solutions.

3. ? Generative AI & • AI Agent Development
- Develop and integrate LLM-powered features into web applications.
- Work with LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Gemini, and similar providers.
- Contribute to AI agents and tool-calling workflows.
- Explore GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar tools.
- Assist in developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Work with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Integrate AI capabilities such as chatbots, intelligent assistants, document processing, and workflow automation.
- Experiment with prompt engineering and evaluate AI-generated response quality.
- Address AI limitations, including hallucinations, latency, and response quality.
- Build prototypes and contribute to deploying AI-powered features into production applications.

4. ☁️ Cloud, DevOps & • Deployment
- Assist in deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Work with Docker and containerised application environments.
- Understand and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Learn application monitoring, logging, and error-handling practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting deployment and production issues.
- Follow security, reliability, and performance best practices.

? What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Full Stack Development or relevant software engineering roles.
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Working knowledge of React.js • Next.js experience is preferred.

- Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, and API integration.
- Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Understanding of authentication, authorisation,



and application security fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and team-oriented development workflows.
- Basic exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- A strong willingness to learn and work with GenAI, LLMs, and AI agent development.
- Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and execution.

⭐ Good to Have
- Personal, academic, internship, or professional projects built using Node.js and React.js.
- Exposure to OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar GenAI frameworks.
- Basic understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Exposure to Python for AI-related development.
- Familiarity with Docker, Redis, or cloud deployments.
- Experience building chatbots, AI assistants, automation tools, or SaaS applications.
- A GitHub portfolio demonstrating full stack or AI-powered projects.
