We are Hiring: Fundraising and Comms Manager (4+ YOE)

Key Role Highlights

- Experience: 4+ years of work experience
- Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
- Remuneration: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Salary is negotiable and determined based on experience and interview performance)

fast-track trajectory for a visionary builder ready to anchor our institutional footprint and shape the future of workforce inclusion.

Over the next 2 years, you will not just manage ongoing donor pipelines and communications—you will step up into an executive pillar of The Barabari Collective, directly owning our long-term funding architecture, owning grant lifecycles, and cross-state expansion. You will transition from hands-on execution to building and steering a dedicated vertical, positioning our social enterprise identity as the primary external face across corporate CSRs, philanthropic foundations, and government ecosystems in Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Maharashtra.
