Role Description The Full-Stack Software Engineer (New Grad) will work as part of a distributed engineering team to design, build, and maintain web applications that support Gantt Guild’s Operator Program and related services. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and integrating back-end APIs, collaborating on system architecture, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews. The engineer will help enhance platform features such as user onboarding, project tracking, AI-integrated workflows,



and data-driven reporting, while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

This is a full-time remote role, requiring close collaboration via online tools, clear written communication, and a willingness to learn and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Software Development and Full-Stack Development, with the ability to work across the stack from concept to deployment.
- Skills in Front-End Development, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create accessible, responsive user interfaces.
- Skills in Back-End Web Development, including familiarity with server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and working with databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to write clear, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and follow version control best practices (e.g., Git).
- Comfort working remotely, with strong written and verbal communication skills and collaborative work habits across time zones.
- Interest in AI-assisted workflows, learning recent tools quickly, and working in an environment that interacts with project and product management practices.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, basic security practices, and automated testing is a plus.
