Full Stack Developer - (React + Python) Experience Range – 4 – 8 Years Location – (Bangalore / Hyderabad / Gurgaon /Chennai (Hybrid))

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Python to build scalable, secure, and interactive web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing frontend interfaces, building backend APIs, implementing real-time streaming for AI agent responses, and integrating fine-grained access controls.

The candidate should be comfortable building evidence-driven interfaces that explain risk flags, enable drill-down into supporting evidence, and capture user feedback. Experience developing AI-powered applications or agent-based systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js on the frontend and Python on the backend.

● Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI.

● Design and implement Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) APIs to support efficient communication between frontend applications and backend services.

● Implement real-time streaming interfaces for AI agent responses using Server-Sent Events (SSE) and WebSockets.

● Implement fine-grained Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), including field-level permissions and data masking in the UI.

● Build evidence-based UI views that explain risk flags, display supporting evidence, and enable users to drill down into underlying details.

● Develop user feedback capture mechanisms for AI-generated responses, risk assessments, and other system-generated insights.





● Design and integrate secure, scalable, and maintainable backend services to support frontend functionality.

● Optimize application performance, API response times, reliability, and user experience.

● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

● Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code while following software development and security best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

● 4–8 years of professional experience in full stack development.

● Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js.

● Hands-on experience with Python backend development, preferably using FastAPI.

● Experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services.

● Knowledge of real-time communication and streaming mechanisms using SSE and/or WebSockets.

● Understanding of RBAC and ABAC, including field-level access controls and UI-level data masking.

● Experience building interactive dashboards, evidence views, and drill-down interfaces for risk assessment or system-generated insights.

● Experience implementing user feedback collection and interaction workflows.

● Robust understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and application architecture.

● Experience with API integration, asynchronous processing,



error handling, and secure data management.

● Familiarity with automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization across frontend and backend components.
