We are hiring a remote Full Stack Developer with 2 or more years of TypeScript experience to build client websites and apps, and our own products, from the database to the screen.
What you will do
- Build features in Next.js and React apps and in Node.js APIs, from the PostgreSQL schema and migrations to the screen.
- Build fast marketing sites and online stores, with payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe and Cashfree.
- Work on our own products, Bliss (practice management for therapists) and Safer Streets (a civic safety app), as well as client projects.
- Pick up React Native (Expo) and Go code when a project needs it.
- Write tests with Vitest and Playwright, and ship through code review and CI.
- Show your work in weekly demos on a live link, and talk to clients directly.
- Write down what the next person needs: decisions, setup and runbooks.
What we look for
- 2 or more years building and shipping TypeScript web apps that real people use.
- Confidence with React and Next.js, and with Node.js on the server.
- Solid PostgreSQL: schema design, migrations, indexes and reading a query plan.
- Care with the risky parts: sign-in and permissions, payments and personal data.
- Tests written as part of the work, not after it.
- Clear written English. You can explain a trade-off in a few lines.

How we work
- Written scope first. Every piece of work starts with a short written scope: what ships and when.
- Weekly demos. We show progress on a live link every week, to each other and to clients.
- A direct line. You talk to clients and to our founder directly. There is no account layer in between.
- Remote and written. We work remotely and write things down: decisions, handovers and runbooks. Expect a few hours a week of overlap with India time (UTC+5:30) for demos and reviews.
