About the Role

We’re hiring a Fresher Pre-Sales & Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities and translate client needs into clear requirements. You’ll work closely with leadership and our technical team, from first outreach to proposal.

CTC : 20-25k per month

What You’ll Do

- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, Clutch, and other channels
- Run outreach campaigns targeting US, UK, and international markets
- Schedule and join discovery calls with prospects
- Understand client requirements and convert them into requirement documents, scope notes, and proposals
- Coordinate with developers and the delivery team for estimates and solution inputs
- Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and pipeline reports
- Research target industries, companies,



and decision-makers

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or pre-sales
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
- Ability to write clear proposals and requirement documents
- Basic understanding of software development and IT services
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working with targets

Good to Have

- Exposure to healthcare RCM, logistics, manufacturing, or fintech domains
- Experience with Upwork/Clutch bidding
- MBA, BBA, BCA, or B.Tech background
