Role Description This is a full time, on-site Fresher M Com role based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves supporting day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including recording transactions, preparing basic financial statements, and assisting with billing and payment processing. The individual will help with data entry, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, and coordinating with internal departments for accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities also include supporting audits,



compiling financial data for management reports, and adhering to healthcare regulatory and organizational policies. The position offers hands-on learning opportunities under the guidance of senior finance professionals in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

- Completed M Com (Master of Commerce) from a recognized institution with a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and taxation.
- Basic knowledge of financial statements, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to work with MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Willingness to learn healthcare-specific billing, compliance, and reporting procedures.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a patient- and service-oriented mindset; prior internship or project work in healthcare or finance is a plus.
