We are looking for motivated junior-level candidates to join our Fraud & Compliance team in a shadowing role. Candidates will learn and support fraud prevention, mystery shopping, compliance testing, and risk monitoring under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Shadow senior analysts during fraud investigations and compliance testing.
- Assist with mystery shopping activities and compliance checks.
- Review basic transactions, documents, and reports to identify potential irregularities.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports.
- Support KYC verification and fraud prevention activities.
- Follow company procedures and regulatory compliance guidelines.
Required Skills
- Valuable analytical and observation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn fraud detection and compliance processes.
- B.Pharm, Life Sciences, Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant degree is preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
