First% is building a global movement to make giving the first act, not the last—through independent recognition of responsible giving and professionally managed cause-based donations.

We’re looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial operator who can turn this early stage vision into everyday execution.

Working directly with the founder, you will:

- Build the systems, processes and lean team behind First%.
- Develop partnerships with businesses, professional communities and institutions.
- Turn campaigns into active participation and lasting relationships.
- Own execution across programmes,



agencies and technology, using automation to scale efficiently.

You bring experience, initiative and the ability to get things done. You can earn trust, build relationships, manage competing priorities and take responsibility from idea to outcome. Experience in operations, institutional partnerships, resource mobilisation or building an early-stage organisation will be especially relevant.
