Build a Business. Don't Just Sell a Product.
Most sales internships involve making calls and following predefined scripts.
This isn't one of them.
At SuperCoach, you'll work directly with the founder to build our sales engine from the ground up. You'll connect with academy owners, understand their challenges, introduce them to SuperCoach, and help grow our community of after-school providers.
You'll be among the early team members shaping how we acquire customers and grow the business.
What You'll Do
- Identify and connect with academies and activity providers.
- Reach out through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and field visits.
- Demonstrate SuperCoach and convert prospects into onboarded academies.
- Build relationships with academy owners and understand their needs.
- Experiment with customer acquisition strategies and partnerships.
- Take ownership of sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:
- Loves interacting with people and building relationships.
- Is confident, persuasive, and a good communicator.
- Can communicate in English and Tamil.
- Takes initiative and isn't afraid of rejection.
- Enjoys challenges and figuring things out independently.
- Is comfortable with field visits and meeting business owners.
