Role Description The Founder's Office Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role supports the founders in strategic planning, project execution, and day-to-day operational coordination across café operations, retail, and franchise initiatives.

Responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, tracking key business metrics, conducting market and competitor research, and coordinating with internal teams for timely execution of initiatives. The executive will help streamline processes, manage follow-ups on critical tasks, and assist in organizing meetings, reviews,



and communication with stakeholders. The role calls for a proactive individual who can prioritize multiple workstreams, maintain high-quality documentation, and act as a trusted partner to the founding team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Strategic Execution – Work closely with founders to turn business ideas into actionable plans.

? Project Management – Drive key projects from planning to execution while ensuring timely completion.

? Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR & Finance teams.

? Business Growth – Support current business initiatives, franchise expansion and strategic partnerships.

? Performance Tracking – Monitor departmental KPIs, prepare MIS reports and track business performance.

? Research & Analysis – Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.

? Founder Support – Manage strategic priorities, follow-ups, meetings and critical business decisions.
