We're hiring our first on-ground operations team member for a quick-commerce pharmacy startup founded by executives from Zomato and Cars24.
This is a full-time, on-site Founder's Office Intern role in Sonipat, working directly with the founders on the city launch.
Location: Sonipat, Haryana (on-site)
Duration: 3 months
Start: Mid-November 2026
Stipend: Paid internship; amount to be discussed during the interview.
What you'll do
• Build and manage relationships with pharmacy partners.
• Coordinate orders through to delivery, including recruiting and coordinating riders.
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
• Track orders and delivery times, identify gaps and improve processes.
Who we're looking for
A fresher or recent graduate who is hands-on, reliable and comfortable with local fieldwork and phone coordination. Basic spreadsheet skills and strong follow-through are important.
Robust performers will be offered a full-time role with us at the end of the 3-month internship.
