Role Description This is a full-time, on-site FLO role based in Firozabad. The FLO will engage directly with customers to explain loan products, assist with application processes, and support documentation and verification as per company policies. The role includes maintaining accurate records, coordinating with branch and back-office teams, and ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Daily responsibilities also involve promoting responsible lending, supporting collections through customer follow-ups where required,



and contributing to branch-level business targets. The FLO is expected to provide courteous, professional service, uphold L&T; Finance’s values, and actively participate in local outreach and field visits as needed.

Qualifications

- Ability to interact effectively with customers, understand their financial needs, and explain loan products clearly and ethically.
- Strong attention to detail for handling documentation, data entry, and record maintenance with accuracy.
- Basic numerical and analytical skills to assess eligibility, interpret loan terms, and support credit evaluation processes.
- Proficiency in using computers and mobile applications for loan processing, reporting, and communication.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in local language and basic English; robust interpersonal skills for teamwork.
- Ability to work on-site in Firozabad, including field visits, with a customer-focused and goal-oriented mindset.
- Preferred: Prior experience in retail lending, microfinance, or customer service in financial services.
- Preferred: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
