We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Floor Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing structural drawings, supporting the fabrication process, and providing technical assistance to ensure smooth and efficient floor operations.

Qualifications

- Education: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in heavy structural fabrication.
- Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and steel fabrication experience.

- Shift Timing: 8am- 8:30pm

Job Role

- Supervise and monitor daily steel fabrication activities, ensuring smooth production workflow and timely execution.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings and AutoCAD designs.
- Coordinate with welders, fitters, fabricators and other workshop personnel to ensure proper execution of work.




- Monitor material consumption, cutting, welding, drilling, fitting and assembly activities as per project specifications.
- Ensure quality standards, dimensional accuracy and compliance with technical specifications.
- Maintain daily production reports, monitor workforce productivity, coordinate with the planning and quality teams, and ensure workplace safety.
