Role Description

The Financial and Administrative Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at our clinic in Jalandhar. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, expense tracking, accounts receivable and payable, and coordination with external accountants or auditors. The Manager oversees administrative functions such as clinic scheduling, staff coordination, maintenance of patient records, vendor management, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The role includes preparing financial and operational reports for leadership, optimizing resource utilization, and supporting strategic decisions to improve efficiency and service quality. The Manager also collaborates closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to maintain a professional, organized, and patient-friendly environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and basic accounting knowledge.




- Candidates should possess administrative and operational skills such as office management, staff coordination, scheduling, and documentation control.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in digital tools, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), financial software or ERP systems, and basic data analysis capabilities.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess organizational and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, time management, process improvement, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in healthcare, clinic, or service-oriented environments and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in medical practice management are beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Jalandhar, maintain professional ethics, demonstrate integrity in financial handling, and support a patient-centric, inclusive workplace culture.
