- Working as real business partner with a clear operational mindset.
- Manage the relationship and develop a good interface with the different Capgemini entities delivering the contracts (Accounts executives, Service delivery managers)
- Reporting and analyzing the main KPIs (P&L;, Cash – DOR, FTE, Subcontractors, ...).
- End to End responsibility of the budget and forecasts, consistency production supported by your business counterparts and the Predictability of the Forecast
- Monthly closing, analysis of results and presentation to Service Delivery Manager/ Engagement manager of Account, Market unit leadership and Finance General Management.
- Pay special attention to the monthly closing : a relevant revenue recognition process, expenses, ... and Explain variances and analysis, of your actuals
- Interfacing with the Delivery controlling : on and off shore , and review / challenge the respect of the Delivery costs containments and controls, including the control of the productivity costs committed by the Delivery centres on your accounts
- Responsible of updating the reporting tools,
- Control over WIP/BIA position and billing to client
- Follow-up for cash. DOR optimization
- Ensure compliance with Group Financial standards, Transform.
- Support your business partner to coordinate with the Sales / Analyst team to submit new offers to the clients and making sure that the process is respected.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit
Required Skill set:
- Strong understanding of the project controlling and their impact on the financial statements.
- Strong understanding of P&L; and Revenue Recognition.
- Robust understanding of Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Good computer skills with programs such as Advanced MS Excel, Access and Power BI.
Basic Criteria:
- Experience level : 6-13 yrs, with minimum 4 years in Finance Controlling.
- Location : Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore

- Flexibility to work in EU/US shift
