Finance Manager

Responsibilities

- Accounting, books closure and monthly MIS
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
- GST, TDS, ROC and statutory compliance; audits
- Payroll, payables and collections
- Cross-border and FEMA compliance for overseas entities
- Support fundraising, investor reporting and ESOP administration

Requirements

- CA / MBA Finance / CMA
- 5 to 8 years of experience, ideally in a startup
- Strong in Indian taxation, compliance, Tally/Zoho and Excel
- Exposure to international entities or fundraising is a plus
