About the Finance Function & Opportunity
CogniSure’s Finance team operates as a strategic enabler for global expansion, ensuring strong corporate governance, precise controllership, and financial transparency. While this role anchors our Indian accounting operations and domestic statutory compliance, it offers direct exposure to the US market. You will gain exposure to cross-border USD billing, track foreign inward remittances, US sales tax concepts and transfer pricing — making this an exceptional platform to broaden your scope from domestic compliance to international corporate finance.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive with solid grounding in the Indian financial and statutory framework, along with the aptitude to handle US client billing and tax workflows.
· Payroll & Statutory Dues: Coordinate monthly payroll disbursements and process PF, ESI, and Professional Tax (PT) filings.
· Vendor Payments: Verify vendor bills,
process timely payments, and perform periodic bank and vendor reconciliations.
· US Invoicing: Raise invoices for US clients and track payment
· GST Compliance: Prepare and file monthly GST returns.
· TDS & Direct Tax: Compute TDS deductions, ensure timely challan deposits, file quarterly returns etc.
· Expense Reimbursements: Process employee expense reimbursement claims.
· Treasury & Cash Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity positions and optimize working capital.
· Audit Support: Prepare schedules and documentation for statutory, tax, and transfer pricing audits.
- Requirements:
· 2 - 5 years of finance and accounting experience in India, preferably in an IT, SaaS, or tech-services firm
· Strong working knowledge of Indian statutory rules (GST, TDS, PF, ESI)
· Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
· Proficiency in MS Excel
· Proficiency in Zoho Books/ QuickBooks or any other accounting software
· Skills: High accuracy, strong organizational skills, and clear communication to collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.
