We are seeking a highly motivated FEA Analyst – Altair Tools & Automation with 4-7 years of experience in simulation engineering, process automation, and methodology development. The role focuses on building automated simulation frameworks, developing digital engineering solutions, and delivering high-quality CAE workflows using the Altair ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Perform FEA simulations using the Altair software ecosystem for structural, and vibration applications for HVAC components/systems.
- Create and maintain end-to-end automated simulation workflows, from CAD import and model preparation through solving, post-processing, reporting, and data extraction.
- Develop robust automation solutions using Python, TCL, Altair Compose, and HyperWorks APIs to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
- Build reusable simulation frameworks,
templates, and methodologies for enterprise-wide deployment.
- Conduct static and agile analyses including Modal, Harmonic, Random Vibration, Rotor Dynamics, Shipping and Handling analysis using Altair tools.
- Provide simulation‑driven design recommendations to improve product reliability, durability, and performance.
- Collaborate with global simulation teams, design engineers, manufacturing, and IT teams. · Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Extract and process simulation data for engineering insights and decision-making. · Integrate simulation data into AI/ML workflows.
- Execute parametric studies and design optimization using simulation and data-driven approaches.
